Meet the Team
Theresa Bastian, Broker/Owner
Theresa is a real estate broker with over 25 years of success working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Some of her past clients whom she had helped purchase investment properties with, reported back that they weren't satisfied with the level of service they had found with other property management companies. So, she began managing properties in an effort to elevate the overall experience for owners and tenants. As the business grew, it separated from the Let's Move Austin residential brokerage into Austin Elite Property Management. Our goal is to treat your property like we would our own, and to treat tenants with fairness and respect in order to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
